It takes a few days to shake of a shrug
But it takes a whole lifetime to clean out the drug of humanity.
You see I've been travelling downstream,
while screaming black clouds disturbed the translation,
and so I dropped a feather.

Oh people they wouldn't understand,
so I ran to those who could.
And I felt more like an animal then a human,
I rested in their presence.
While feeling afraid of them,
who said my thoughts were wrong.
But I had a dream and it grew bigger,
while slowly building up a home of my feather.

I'm feeling so much older nowadays,
and Johnny came stroking my face
and he said Isabel It's really good to see you,
and I said your fur is getting greyer,
but I'll see you in the other side,
just drop me a feather.
